Impressions from COP 15
Wood is a unique material. Wooden floors are beautiful and contribute to creating a very special and welcoming atmosphere which makes you want to stay in the room. Wood is both strong and easy to build with. First of all, wood can be renewed naturally. Wood binds CO2 through the photosynthesis and, therefore, using wood is a simple way to reduce the CO2 content in the atmosphere.
This was the essence of the recent COP15 in Copenhagen and at Junckers we are proud that the many thousands of delegates had an opportunity to walk on a genuine solid wooden floor from Junckers.
